Sanitary Pad Production Center
Our flagship approach to women’s empowerment.
About The Project
This initiative goes beyond simply providing employment – it creates a comprehensive ecosystem of support and growth. Women receive complete technical training in operating sewing machines, along with education in quality control and basic business management. The program addresses both economic and health aspects of women’s empowerment.
The production center operates through a carefully structured system where women are first trained in all aspects of production and business operations. Once trained, they receive sewing machines and ongoing support to establish their operations. This approach ensures sustainable income generation while maintaining product quality. Simultaneously, the program addresses menstrual health through awareness campaigns and free distribution of sanitary pads, working to break social taboos and promote menstrual dignity.
